We kindly ask guests to arrive on time to enjoy their full treatment experience. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full-service fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a peaceful and timely schedule for all clients.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged the full-service fee to honor our therapists’ time and scheduling.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full-service amount. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other guests and respect our therapists schedules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please notify us in advance if you are pregnant or have any injuries or medical conditions so we can safely customize your treatment for your comfort and well-being.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be silenced during your visit. Please limit phone use and conversations inside the spa to help preserve a calm and quiet atmosphere. Thank you for helping us create a serene space for everyone to relax and unwind.

All services and gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let us know during or immediately after your visit so we can address your concerns and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Products may be exchanged within a specified time frame if unopened and in original condition. Thank you for your understanding.

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. All services, gift cards, and memberships are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about a product, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
